Lou Reedとの奇跡のコラボレーションによりアルバム『Lulu』を発表したことも記憶に新しいですが、そんな彼らが結成30周年を祝したスペシャル・ライヴを4日間にかけて実施。

それぞれスペシャル・ライヴにふさわしい豪華ゲストが多数参加したこのライヴ、最終日にはなんと、元メンバーでもあるMEGADETHのDave Mustaineが登場！！

様々な問題やメンバー間の確執によりMETALLICAを脱退したDave Mustaine。その彼が、「Phantom Lord」、「Jump In the Fire」、「Metal Militia」をプレイ！そして「Hit The Lights」をLloyd Grant、Ron McGovneyと。「Seek & Destroy」ではJason Newsted、Lloyd Grant、Ron McGovney、Hugh Tanner、Mark Oseguedaといったメンツで披露しました。

その他、ゲストにはOzzy OsbourneやGeezer Butler、さらにはプロデューサーのBob Rockまで登場！
